This is the Ralph Lauren blue label which sits just below the highest purple label. Known as the high end bridge line. I would say this is a vintage piece, most likely Y2K. The collar and sleeves are just incredible. 72% cotton 28% nylon. marked size medium but fits small and has no stretch. Measured flat:
